In August, the Shanghai Biomedical Industry Development Leading Group Office issued the "Guidelines for the Joint Supervision Mechanism of Import and Export of Special Biomedical Articles in Shanghai (Trial)", which clarified the requirements for enterprises and related enterprises with high-risk commercialization of special articles. Articles should meet the conditions and requirements, and carry out a comprehensive assessment of relevant enterprises and special articles entering and leaving the country. Enterprises and related articles that have passed the evaluation and passed the procedures of the joint supervision mechanism for special articles are included in the white list, and the import and export are carried out.
