Purity 99.9% 1,4-Butanediol BDO For Chemical Raw Materials
1,4-Butanediol (BDO for short)+ is an important organic and fine chemical raw material, which is widely used in the fields of textile, paper, automobile and daily chemical industry. BDO can produce tetrahydrofuran (THF), glycol ester (+PBT), γ-butyrolactone (+GBL)+ and polyurethane resin (PU Resin), coatings and plasticizers, etc., as well as solvents and additives for electroplating industry. Brightener, etc.

Preparation
Acetylene method
First, 1,4-butynediol is prepared by reacting acetylene and formaldehyde in the presence of Cu-Bi catalyst at 98kPa and 80-95℃. The latter is then catalyzed by framework nickel, hydrogenated to 1,4-butenedioate at 1.372-2.06MPa and 50-60℃, followed by Ni-Cu-Mn/Al2O3 further catalytic hydrogenation (13.7-20.6MPa) , 120-140 ℃) into 1,4-butanediol, after removing metal ions by ion exchange resin, and then purifying by distillation to obtain pure product. 2. Maleic anhydride hydrogenation method 3. Butadiene method The acetyl oxidation reaction of 1,3-butadiene with acetic acid and oxygen is carried out to generate 1,4-diacetoxy-2-butene, which is then subjected to hydrogenation, Made by hydrolysis. 4.1,4-Dichlorobutene method 1,4-Dichlorobutene is an intermediate product in the process of producing chloroprene from butadiene, which is used as raw material to obtain 1,4-butanediol by hydrolysis and hydrogenation.
